Dabbous holds a coveted Michelin star

It was on 20th January 2012 that Dabbous burst onto the London restaurant scene. Days later the Evening Standard’s Fay Maschler awarded it an almost unprecedented five stars, deeming it a “game changer”, and the rest is history.

Five years on and Dabbous, which is located at 39 Whitfield St in Fitzrovia, remains a Mecca for diners and drinkers not just in London and the UK, but across the globe. All come to sample Ollie’s elegant yet restrained food and one of the city’s most inventive cocktail collections, the latter courtesy of Oskar Kinberg, co-founder, uber mixologist and the man who gave us the legend that is Beer Grylls.

Ollie told Luxury Lifestyle Magazine: “These past five years have been incredible, exceeding all our expectations. Oskar and I have loved the freedom of expression that comes with running our own business. Ultimately though, the restaurant is nothing without our amazing staff, suppliers and, of course, customers. A big “thank you” goes to all of them.”
