Subaru made their presence felt at the 44th Tokyo Motor Show by previewing the hotly anticipated next generation Impreza and the future of Subaru’s models as a whole.

The Impreza 5-door Concept offers all essential functionality along with a higher levels of aerodynamic performance providing a modern styling and hints at what to expect in further versions.

The modernity is achieved though the luminous silver exterior, highlight the sharp lines whilst the wide yet low stance suggests the innate stability you expect from Subaru.

The hallmarks of a Subaru model are reflected with the hexagonal grille along with the front combination lamps resonating back to the Subaru ‘hawk-eye’ headlights.

Seated alongside the Impreza 5-door Concept, Subaru launched the limited edition WRX STI, the S207, with just 400 cars made in Japan for sale at the end of the year.

Built from the WRX STI sports saloon, the WRX STI S207 features a specially-tune engine with a power output of 328PS, modified prescise handling whilst revised aesthetic appearances add to the aerodynamics of the model and create a truly exclusive design.

There are currently no plans to bring the model to Europe making it intriguingly limited.
