The Dylan’s true anti-detox remedy can be found in its iconic High Wine experience. Famous across the city, High Wine is the hotel’s stylish take on the quintessential British afternoon tea including a fine selection of seasonal wines from the hotel’s cellar, paired with delicious seasonal savoury bites, guaranteed to delight all palettes. This High-Wine concept is also available for larger groups of up to 14 people and is served from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

Chef’s Table for €490 for two people depending on availability (approx. £373) including aperitifs and canapés, 7-course menu, fine selection of cheese and a gift from Chef Dennis Kuiper. Vinkeles on the water available for maximum 4 people with a fixed rate of €1400 (approx. £1,067) for 3 hours on the boat available for both lunch and dinner including a 6-course menu at €155 (approx. £118) per person. High-Wine features a selection of 4 seasonal wines and 4 amuse-style bites for €39.50 (approx. £30) per person.

Rooms start from £261 per room per night based on two people sharing a double room including tax.
