Perched 200 meters above sea level, Ce La Vi overlooks the skyline of Singapore’s glistening skyscrapers, marina, and downtown areas.

Recommended dishes include Irish Oysters. These are not just any oyster, they are a half dozen Kelly oysters that come from a remote village in Ireland. The presentation is beautiful served on ice with colorful Ikura, konbu jelly, apple, and herbs. It is as beautiful to see as it is to eat; a true feast for the senses. The sushi at Ce La Vi is also fantastic with its fresh ingredients and delicious flavour.
The seared Black Angus Beef Tataki with pickled radish, wafu sauce, and black sesame should also not be missed. But the stand out among standouts on the menu is the Black Cod. It is served in a banana leaf with sweet and tangy caramelized sauce and it is an absolute masterpiece.
The libations at Ce La Vi do not take a back seat to the cuisine and are equally as tasty and imaginative. Ce La Vi has a very talented group of mixologists creating new and spectacular drinks to add to their collection of signature drinks. One particular stand out is the Berry Bellini with its deep red colours from berries, Chambord and sparkling wine. It is a refreshing twist on the classic Bellini.
