The three course meal includes starters of heirloom salt baked beetroot, Crottin goats cheese, caramelised walnuts and chicory marmalade or poached Scottish salmon ballotine, cured salmon, dressed crab and dill crème fraiche.
Select from succulent Gloucester pork tenderloin and confit pork belly, apple puree, mushroom pomme anna and Calvados sauce or Citrus South Coast cod, glazed roots, garlic spinach, potato terrine and salmon bisque for your main dish.
Finish your evening with a sweet treat worthy of a romantic evening, with an amorous Kentish strawberry ripple cheese cake, blood orange sorbet and wild berries compote, a sumptuous white chocolate dome, mandarin mousse and chocolate heart surprise plus a savoury cheese selection to choose from.
