This delicious snack from ROS Nutrition contains low GI carbohydrate, lots of healthy fats and is high in protein. It is perfect for when you are on the go and in need of some good nutrition or as a healthy snack during the day.

Ingredients (makes 6-8 servings)
2 scoops of Blue Label Whey (Vanilla)
150g of oats
3 tbsp of almond butter
3 tbsp of natural honey
1 tbsp of flax seed
1 tbsp of coconut oil
2 tbsp of pumpkin seed
1 handful of cranberries
5-6 dates
Whole almonds (optional)

Cranberry and Pumpkin Seed Flapjack

Pit the dates and cut up into smaller pieces. If using whole almonds, slice them into small pieces. Add all the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix. Spoon in the almond butter and honey and stir until you can shape the mixture with your hands. If the mixture is too dry can add more almond butter. Line a tray with grease proof paper and add the mixture to the tray. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes.
