Utilising seasonal British produce wherever possible, the kitchen uses a traditional tandoor oven, charcoal grill and tawa hot plate to create dishes that are innovative and contemporary with a focus on being fresh and healthy.

Highlights here include appetisers including tempura squid tossed with pepper and sweet chilli drizzle, hand caught seared king scallops with coriander and a curry leaf chutney, Mahi Gulmarg – (salmon fillet with kasundi mustard, chilli, carom and dill onion raita) or Achari Bathak – (roast duck spiced in pickling spice served with date tamarind and apricot chutney). Side dishes range from Bhindi masala – (stir fried okra with onion cumin, onion and tomato), tandoori Broccoli with cheese, ginger and chilli as well as the regular favourite of Dal Tarka – (cumin and garlic tempered with a mix of yellow lentils).
