Located in the heart of London’s West End, and featuring a stunning Heritage Garden, Sanderson’s Grade II-listed building epitomises new luxury.
Nourish marries a world-class menu from international health, beauty and nutrition expert, Karen Cummings-Palmer, with rejuvenating body and skin treatments in Sanderson’s iconic agua spa.
Created in collaboration with visionary French designer Philippe Starck, agua is a retreat just steps away from the bustle of Oxford Street. Adorned with more than 3,000 yards of floor-to-ceiling white silk, it offers the perfect setting for a Hot Stone Massage or NUXE Booster Facial, all conducted by Sanderson’s expertly-trained staff.
Specifically crafted by Sanderson’s Executive Chef, Matthew Marshall, and Karen Cummings-Palmer, the Nourish menu uses locally-sourced, seasonal and organic produce – avoiding refined carbohydrates and sugars – to support your body through the winter months.
Whether it’s enjoying a welcome hit of B vitamins and iron with succulent wild venison served with shiitake mushrooms and black rice, sipping an immune-boosting carrot, beet, kale and ginger super juice, or indulging with coconut and banana ice cream packed with health-boosting ingredients, the Nourish menu is about re-defining comfort food.
Karen Cummings-Palmer said: “It’s great to be working with Matthew to tailor the meals for this incredible package. We wanted to re-define comfort food and create warming dishes that give your body everything you need to feel physically and mentally refreshed throughout the coldest, darkest months.”

The Nourish Package will include an overnight stay for two at Sanderson, an in-room carrot, beet, kale and ginger juice per person, 80-minute Hot Stone Massage and NUXE Booster Facial at Agua Spa and a three-course lunch or dinner from the Nourish menu at The Restaurant at Sanderson.
The package starts from £639 and will be available from 6th January – 31st March 2016. Personal training sessions in the fitness centre will also be available at an additional cost.
