The Manor in Clapham, perfect local eatery.

What’s the most unusual food you have ever eaten?
Snake, crocodile, puffin, I could go on.

What is your favourite food destination?
Asia I know it’s big but I do mean all of Asia.

What are your favourite food combinations?
Chocolate and salt, garlic and parsley.

What are your ‘can’t live without’ ingredients(s) in the kitchen?
Vanilla and butter.

What’s the most useful culinary technique or skill in the kitchen?
Knife skills are essential.

What kitchen implement could you not live without?
Quality non-stick pan.

Escoffier Guide Culinaire – The Chefs Bible.
