Executive chef Tomas Lidakevicius has created a new selection of casual bar dishes that still retain a high quality. From delicate pumpkin arancini, salt and pepper squid with wasabi mayo, handmade duck spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce and rice, crispy buttermilk chicken and lime. Meanwhile, larger bar dishes that have also been recently introduced include beer-battered haddock with triple cooked chips and mushy peas, a tender beef fillet, platters of charcuterie, dry-aged rib-eye, duck fat chips and peppercorn sauce for dipping and a seasonal winner of cheese, ham and truffle toasties with aged parmesan salad.

In parallel with this new food bar menu are some cocktails to complement. New flavours and infusions span across a variety of new signature cocktails that are now available. These include the eye-catching, ‘Freaking Grape’ – complete with Ketel One, V Gallery grape vodka, Ratafia, mandarin and orange blossom and citrus or ‘The Ultimate Espresso Martini’ – made with V Gallery toffee fudge vodka, Maestro Café, espresso coffee, coffee foam and chocolate. Meanwhile, other cocktail highlights we have picked out also include: ‘Eterno Amore’ – Panarea Island Gin infused with lavender, Italicus, clear grapefruit juice, ‘MY-PHI’ – Bacardi white rum or the ‘Wray and Nephew’ over proof rum, citrus, pineapple liquor, orange oleo saccharum.
