Vitamins are a part of many people’s daily routines, with a whole host of varieties intended to support everything from wrinkle–free skin to flat stomachs and stronger hair and nails; even some celebrities are known to swear by these capsules. From Victoria Beckham to Jennifer Aniston, some celebrities swear by their health supplements regime.
The British public spent £442 million on vitamins in 2018. This record-breaking year also saw vitamin D overtake vitamin C to become the best-selling supplement, with 2018 sales seven percent up on 2017. It’s predicted that sales will continue to rise and will reach £477 by 2023.
So, the question is what exactly are these celebs doing to boost their bodies, and which vitamins are responsible? Let’s take a look.
She shot to stardom for her role as Rachel in Friends, and many people feel that despite recently turning 50, Aniston looks as youthful now as she did back on the famous couch. But, what does the actress think helps her fight off the wrinkles? In 2016, Aniston revealed in People magazine’s ‘Most Beautiful’ issue that it was taking a ‘bag of vitamins’ that helped her slow down the ageing process.

With over 85 million followers on the social network, it’s no surprise that companies have started using the model and TV personality as an influencer, and the 34-year-old is said to be a great believer in taking vitamins to improve her hair.

Gwyneth Paltrow has made no secret of her vitamin D deficiency. The all–American pop sensation and Like a Virgin singer doesn’t follow the rules when it comes to ageing, and she looks incredible for it.
