By LLM Reporters   |

The newest phase of St James’ development adds 526 waterside homes to eight green acres of Zone 2 London.

Today marks the exciting release of The Water Gardens at White City Living by St James which comprises 526 new homes, spread across three buildings. The first collection to launch within this phase will be the Waterside apartments, which includes one, two, and three-bedroom homes with views that embrace the water and landscape.

Located in a prime Zone 2 destination, White City is London’s brightest new neighbourhood and is surrounded by world-class entertainment, education, culture and commerce. Now at the heart of a new London district, White City Living offers residents an experience like no other with over 2,300 new homes set amongst a five-acre vibrant park and water garden.

Once complete, the gardens will feature more than 6,500 individual trees and plants carefully selected from 40 different species across four continents. The central stream winds through 150 metres over an elegant landscape of traditional plants and low hanging trees, cascading over waterfalls and under bridges before reaching a clear sunlit pool.

Improving wellbeing with life at the water’s edge

The release of The Water Gardens brings further enhancements to White City Living, which was once a used as a retail warehouse space. Since starting work on site in August 2016, St James has delivered a staggering 83% gain in net biodiversity at White City Living by delivering the first phase of the new public park. White City Living offers a truly unique place to live, where nature and architecture work together in harmony, to create the city’s most inspiring new landscape for living.

Designed by renowned architects Patel Taylor, White City Living has been created to put nature first and foremost, by setting a rich variety of contemporary buildings in eight acres of beautiful landscaping water features. The Water Gardens have been inspired by the Japanese-British exhibition held in White City in 1910, which celebrated Japanese design; creating landscapes and pavilions within water to showcase exquisite ceramics.

World-class amenities on your doorstep

As an extension of their home, residents of The Water Gardens will have access to White City Living’s range of first-class facilities which include The Water Garden Lounge, offering the perfect place to work, relax or socialise at the water’s edge.

Additional facilities within The Club Lounge consist of an indoor open fire, a private dining room, two 12-seater cinema rooms, a multi-purpose entertainment suite and a fully equipped business lounge.

Wellness amenities will comprise a 17-metre swimming pool with adjoining sun terrace, spa, sauna, steam room, along with two treatment rooms and a gym with personal training areas.
