A thirty-minute session with one of their practitioners’ costs £30. In that time, you will be recommended an at-home routine consisting of medical grade products based on the assessment of your skin. There’s no commitment to purchase and practitioners work within your budget. A cleanser that lasts four to six months ranges between £15 – 40 and an active serum that lasts for three to four months ranges between £50 – 100.

After reading through their impressive roster of skincare experts, I choose to have a virtual meeting with Dr. Uma an aesthetic doctor and cosmetic dental surgeon, with close to a decade of clinical experience with a specialist interest in pre-juvenation and aesthetic treatments.
In her bio, it states that Dr Uma studies the whole person to create the perfect bespoke package of care and provide clients with reinvigorated glow, yet natural skin. Before our meeting, their Skin Concierge got in touch via WhatsApp reminding me of our meeting and requesting a bare faced photo of me so that Dr. Uma could see my main areas of concern before our chat – daunting for some (me) but after some much appreciated flattery and knowing that this would open the gates to healthier happier skin, I was raring to go for our meeting.
Dr Uma has a wealth of knowledge at her fingertips and is the perfect ‘poster girl’ for GetHarley. Clever, beautiful with skin to die for, I was already sold. But Dr Uma’s understanding, empathy and passion about the products is what really sold it for me. She understood the everyday time constraints for skin prep were limited and acknowledged the need for something efficient that would work, feel good and ultimately make me feel more confident when there isn’t time for a full face of make-up. After chatting through my areas of concern, our call was complete. It was as simple as that.
Within a matter of days my personalised box of GetHarley products was delivered to my door. I was prescribed with four items in total that work across both AM and PM skincare routines for the morning, it was stripped down to Skinbetter Science Alto Defense serum, NeoStrata Bio-Hydrating Cream and Neo Strata clarify sheer hydration SPF40.
