Swiss watchmaker Corum has launched into the premium luxury watch destination known as The Wonder Room at Selfridges’ flagship London store on Oxford London.

Corum said 21 luxury timepieces from its collection would be on the display in The Wonder Room. The highlight is expected to be The Golden Bridge, the brand’s flagship complication model. This iconic watch was first introduced in 1980 and remains a benchmark with its unique baguette movement. Moreover, it is also regarded as an avant-garde watch thanks to its movement placed in the centre of a transparent sapphire crystal case.

Also on display will be the Admirals Cup. In 1960, the first interpretation of the Admiral’s Cup model paved the way for Corum’s success in the industry. This model remains thanks to its history, which is inextricably bound up with major sailing competitions and prestigious sailors, as well as for its inimitable esthetic based on a twelve-sided case, a dial set off by twelve nautical pennants, and the Admiral’s Cup trophy engraved on the case back.
