Following the successful opening of their debut London flagship boutique in Knightsbridge last year, Ettore Bugatti, the lifestyle arm of the iconic car brand, have launched a new Bespoke Shoe Collection for Autumn/Winter 2015.

The excellent craftsmanship of the brand comes to life through this exclusive new line, specifically dedicated to footwear and created with the aim of meeting the growing demand of its customers to have truly special customised products. Relying on the expert hands of specialists in the field, Ettore Bugatti customers can request made to order shoes by choosing from a wide selection of colours, rich leathers and details.

With the customary care in both the finish and workmanship, the footwear line ranges from driving boots to moccasins, all made in fine leathers such as pony, suede, alligator and ostrich. What makes the shoes instantly recognisable and fundamental to the brand are the soles which are all strictly a Bugatti blue colour, reflecting the heritage of the brand. The metal elements are hand finished by skilled craftsmen in Florence, inspired by the car bodies, and the 16 tacks applied on the tip of the soles reflect the many cylinders within the racing cars.

Entirely made in Italy, key details include an exclusive complex Norwegian stitching process and a centreline on the upper which is inspired by the line created by the combination of the plates of vintage cars. All the styles are both sophisticated and refined, in keeping with the stylish aesthetic of the Ettore Bugatti brand, and entirely hand polished.

The made to measure service starts at £1,200 and can go up to £7,100. From the initial order the shoes take about 6-8 weeks to complete.
