The Kuwaiti Souq and Mi’ereed market are both worth checking out. Here you’ll find everything from charming souvenirs to stunning handmade rugs and jewellery.

5. And if you still fancy visiting Dubai…

Ras Al-Khaimah is just an hour and 20 minutes from Dubai by car. Regular coaches and excursions run to and from the city, and taxis are also frequent.
