Martyn has been working at the Royal for just over five years and has over 20 years’ cooking experience with a wide variety of heart-warming, homemade signature dishes.

Every morning a choice of delicious breakfast selections are served, including a buffet breakfast, continental breakfast, full American breakfast and hot breakfast, priced between £14.50 and £17.50 per person.

In the evenings, the room is transformed for a sophisticated night of good food and fine wines, with a range of traditional English dishes to choose from, including ham hock, grilled meats and fish and a series of mouth-watering desserts.
