My journey with food started at the Institute of Hotel management and Catering technology in Pune years ago. The training that I received at the Taj flight Kitchen in Mumbai and several hotels in Pune has helped me understand food and the hotel industry. A well established food, wine and travel writer, I got my first job as a writer at the Times of India in 2003. It has been a long and soul satisfying journey so far. Contributing for well known publications such as Savvy CookBook, Khaleej Times, Sommelier India, Society world of luxury and several lifestyle magazines has only fueled my passion for food, wine and travel. So far my culinary adventures have taken me to France (Bordeaux), Germany, Spain, Thailand, Ireland, England and Australia.
