What was unique about the project was that bbf: wanted to maximise the number of penthouses at the time. So, instead of having the usual one, two, or three penthouses, bbf: wanted as many penthouses as possible. And every penthouse needs to feel amazing. So we did a series of cascading terraces where every penthouse would get an amazingly comfortable terrace with a pool, amenities, and something incredible that will serve the purpose of being unique and never been delivered before.”
