The three towers of ultra-high-end apartments are designed by reputed Spanish architecture firm Estudio Lamela and award-winning interior designer Jaime Beriestain. The first apartments will be delivered by the end of 2021, and the whole resort is expected to be completed by 2023.

Picasso Towers is a turnkey development in Malaga, which in recent years has undergone a true makeover thanks to Spanish and international investment.

Picasso Towers will be constructed and developed by leading Spanish developer Metrovacesa and Sierra Blanca Estates Developments, the renowned expert in luxury properties in southern Spain. The luxury residences will all have great ceiling height, the finest flooring and carpentry, top brand kitchens and bathrooms, and will have access to world class amenities & fitness centre/spa, full-floor pool and leisure deck, executive board-room work space, day care centre for children, 24 hour concierge service and much more.

The Picasso Towers project has been designed with a vertical structure in order to make the most of space and offer a feeling of freedom. All of the properties overlook the sea, with views that only a select few can enjoy. The building´s shape resembles the movement of sea waves thanks to the heterogeneous overlapping of layers which, in addition to creating that dynamism, are also brimming with light. The developer’s aim was to revamp standard constructions, and create something that was striking and that represented the cosmopolitan character of Malaga.
