My car of choice

It would have to be a Mercedes GLC E Class or GLE AMG – I really like the drive of these cars. It fits into my lifestyle as it’s just the right mix of comfort and luxury, with the practicality and reliability I need to run my business. I spend a fair amount of time travelling between my five clinics. It’s a comfortable drive on long road trips, whilst spacious enough to move machinery between sites.

My favourite holiday destination

I absolutely love to travel, and enjoy visiting beautiful places such as the Maldives, Mauritius, and Australia. Travelling is where I get my biggest inspiration from. It gives me the time to relax, recharge and enjoy a digital detox including switching off my phone – something that rarely happens in my day-to-day life!

My go to fashion brand

I like to mix it up. I tend to invest in good staple pieces such as coats, bags and belts from designer brands or premium high street brands such as Reiss, and team these with high-street purchases from brands such as Zara. I’m also an absolute sucker for a designer bag! I work hard and believe in rewarding myself when I achieve a long term personal or business goal.

My airline of choice

Without a doubt it would have to be Emirates. The service and experience from start to finish is just impeccable.

My favourite watch brand

It’s got to be the Rolex Lady Datejust 26. Yes, it’s a big investment piece, but it’s a timeless classic that never goes out of fashion. I really like how delicate and dainty the watches are – it’s just perfect for me. It fits into my everyday work and personal lifestyle. I also like the Cartier style of watches.

My favourite restaurant

I really enjoy dining at the Ivy Asia. No matter where I am in the UK I’ve never had a bad meal there. My partner and I really enjoy dining out, but I feel we always gravitate back to this restaurant as it consistently delivers and never disappoints.

My guilty pleasure

My guilty pleasure is going for a treatment. Whether it’s a facial or massage, looking after your skin, body and mind is so important. Modern life is often so busy and full of pressure. Taking even 45 minutes out of my schedule to focus on myself and enjoy a treatment helps me to relax and recharge.

My favourite way to give back

I do a lot of charity work. I’m incredibly passionate about spreading awareness for PCOS and endometriosis. One of the things I’m most proud of is LaserHQ’s #breakingthetaboo campaign – an annual initiative which aims to raise awareness, drive conversation and break down the stigmas and misconceptions that perpetuate around the condition.

I work closely with the Diane Oxberry Trust and sponsored a defibrillator in the local community. I’m also an ambassador for the Manchester United Youth Foundation, and often speak to young people to offer inspiration. I really enjoy doing this type of work.
