One of London’s most exciting hotel openings of 2023, The BoTree, has announced it will welcome guests from Friday, September 15 and has released the first images of its vibrant and elegant guestrooms. A Place III Hotel, The BoTree is in the heart of London’s West End, standing at the point where Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho meet. The luxury hotel will aim to capture the spirit of Marylebone’s ‘village’ life and reflect the allure of central London.

Reservations are now open for guests to book the hotel’s 199 beautifully styled guestrooms, including 30 contemporary suites. Food and beverage offerings will include destination Italian restaurant LAVO and The BoTree Bar. These will be shortly followed by additional developments including a unique event space, a private bar, a wellness space and a rooftop boasting panoramic views across London.

Intuitive personalised service will see welcoming floor hosts provide a 24-7 modern butler service for all rooms, on hand to fulfil guests’ every need during their stay. With Bond Street Underground Station including the Elizabeth Line on its doorstep, The BoTree will serve as the perfect base to discover London’s iconic sights and unmissable events.

Built by the multi-award winning EPR Architects, and with a design story crafted by The BoTree team and Amsterdam-based designers, Concrete, The BoTree, acts as a gateway to Marylebone Village. The hotel encompasses the energy, character and atmosphere of village life, with the purpose of building a connection between the hotel, its neighbourhood, and guests, welcoming all to enjoy the hotel’s variety of offerings and settings through day and night.

Akin to Marylebone residences, the guest rooms at The BoTree have been carefully considered to cater to a variety of different lifestyles and requirements, including 21 accessible rooms and 56 connecting room options. Exemplifying word-class living, the 143 deluxe rooms are beautifully styled and adorned with colourful natural fabrics and eclectic textures created exclusively for the hotel. Rooms will welcome guests with a reception space, separate WC, followed by discrete sliding panels for extra privacy, which open out to the bedroom, bathroom, and lounge area. Each features luxurious furnishings, featuring vegan leather headboards, Jasper Conran Wedgewood tea sets, and eucalyptus Tencel bedding, all of which have been chosen for their eco-friendly credentials.

The 30 contemporary suites will serve as a destination in their own right, providing the perfect entertaining space with a lounge, balcony, personal bar, and integrated cocktail station. The largest of the suites, Presidential Suite, will offer commanding views across central London. Featuring a private elevator lobby, guest entrance and an outdoor terrace, this exclusive space can be combined with the adjoining suites to create a 350m² (3770 sq.ft.) wing for the ultimate private retreat.

Bringing culinary excellence and entertainment-led guest experiences to The BoTree, Tao Group Hospitality will oversee all of the dining and bars in the hotel, including LAVO, The BoTree’s signature restaurant. LAVO, will serve sophisticated Italian cuisine with coastal flair, having perfected its defining style and earned a following of celebrity patrons in West Hollywood, Los Angeles.

The BoTree’s opening also sees the hotel commit to its own form of luxury – ‘Conscious Luxury’ – inspiring connection between people, place, and planet. Throughout the hotel mindful choices have been made to balance the interests of guests, colleagues, the local community and the planet. These include partnerships with likeminded brands that are a catalyst for positive change, such as Jo Loves, The BoTree’s official bathroom amenity partner. Jo Loves products are vegan, natural, sulphate-, paraben-, and cruelty-free, as well as packaged using OceanBound Plastic. The BoTree will be one of the first hotels in the world to launch the Jo Loves Pomelo Collection.
