The menu will offer the brand’s signature veganised versions of classic American junk food dishes, with highlights such as the Rudy’s Burger, the Rubenz and mac ‘n’ cheeze. Add to this dairy-free freakshakes and cocktails on tap, courtesy of Liberation Cocktails, and Rudy’s Vegan diner has you covered whatever your dietary requirements.
A diner with a difference, Rudy’s looks fresh with diner-style booths and a jukebox and customers can pop to the butcher next door for a whole host of vegan meats and deli products. A home delivery menu will also be available across North London postcodes alongside DIY home kits and new picnic baskets.
